In this season we will hear from a variety of amputees and people born with limb difference, learn about their life day to day, things that challenge them and triumphs that they have made in their journey back to independent living.

In this episode of Missing Bits we meet Vivienne from Adelaide. Vivienne was faced with the decision to #amputate her leg after an accident in 2017. Vivienne and is a mum and Peer Support Volunteer. Vivienne shares her personal insight about how a positive attitude and will to succeed has helped her get to where she is today!
Liz had her leg amputated above the knee in 2010 and has been volunteering with Limbs 4 Life ever since. A community advocate, Liz gets great satisfaction helping fellow amputees through one of the toughest times of their lives; adjusting to limb loss.
In this episode we chat to Chris Pearson. From country Victoria, Chris is a peer support volunteer and works with his local community. Listen in as we have a laugh and talk about how to ‘not’ to grow up! The value of peer support and surviving the heat as an amputee.!
