Employment Experiences Survey

The Disability Royal Commission has released an ‘Issues Paper’, focusing on the workplace experiences of people with disability. This inquiry is looking for feedback from individuals and organisations.

Limbs 4 Life will be making a submission to this inquiry to ensure that the experiences of amputees are counted, considered and contribute to positive workplace changes. We’ve created a ‘Employment Survey’ to capture your positive and negative employment experiences in the workplace. Please click here to access the survey

The survey is open to anyone over 16 years. And you don’t have to be working at the moment or are retired – you can comment on experiences from the past too.

The survey will only take you 10 – 15 minutes and is anonymous.
